ABOUT BECOMING FITNESS: At Becoming Fitness, we believe that fitness should be accessible, safe and fun for everyone! Our gym focuses on classes, personal training and training pods. We help every client set attainable goals and help you come up with a plan to REACH those goals. We encourage FRIENDS to work out together! We encourage FAMILIES to work out together! We usea variety of modalities to help you increase balance, strength, agility, endurance and motivation. Join us! Let’s come together in health and fitness! CLASSES AND PERSONAL TRAINING:
Junior Gym (ages 6-11)
It’s important for children’s physical, emotional and mental health and development to get regular exercise. Little Bear was encouraged by his own children (ages 8 and 11) to create a fun program for kids. They worked together to come up with a class that is approachable for all kids no matter their fitness experience.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
4:00 - 5:15pm
$48/month per child. Drop-ins are $8/class.

Teen Gym (ages 12-17)
This group is similar to Junior Gym, but is geared for older kids.
Mondays & Wednesdays

Women’s “Get Fit” Class
This class is designed for all women who want to get moving, get or stay in shape and have fun while doing it. We provide a comfortable place to come together in health and fitness. We use a variety of exercises to increase balance, strength and endurance. We use medicine balls, balance boards, core sliders and a variety of other accessories and equipment to keep the workout interesting. You will be guided to adjust the workout according to your own ability. Our goal is to meet you at your comfort level.

Mornings 8:30 - 9:30am
$84/month (3 classes/week) Drop-ins $10
Tuesday/Thursday
Evenings 5:30 - 6:30pm
$68/month (2 classes/week) Drop-ins $10

Personal Training
Personal training sessions are offered for those wanting to have a custom workout designed for them with individual assessments and coaching from a personal trainer. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, are an experienced athlete or are recovering strength after pregnancy or a long-term illness, we will design a program with your specific needs in mind and will assist you in setting and reaching attainable goals and overcoming personal blocks.
